DopoKino - Amoosed: A Moose Odyssey

Is there such a thing as a totem animal? Can its call be so powerful that it drives a European woman to follow in its footsteps? In her moose odyssey, the director follows moose-obsessed people around the world - from secret moose in the former Czechoslovakia through a Russian domestication station and Swedish moose safaris to Nova Scotia in Canada. Among the Mi'qmaq, who consider the moose a sacred animal, she finds answers and deeper meaning to her journey.

Directed by Hana Nováková. 77 minutes, 2025. Free entry.
