Playroom for Children 1.5-5 Years with Adults: Face to Face

What does another person's face look like? Masks as faces on other faces will be projected into this Playroom. Participants will explore traditional, unconventional, and contemporary forms of masks and masking, guided mainly by works of Milena Dopitová, Petr Weibel, and other artists across the exhibitions.

The Playroom is an open format for you and your children, where you can play, create, and discover art together through several interactive activities. Each week focuses on a different theme, artworks, or experimental approaches by female and male artists. Admission includes a visit to a thematically related exhibition or part of the Veletržní palác collection. Participants will be guided by Kačka and Dáša.

The Playroom is not intended for groups of children from kindergartens and childcare groups. For groups of children from all types of schools, a selection of custom programmes is available.
