Siren Test: Pop-up Restaurant

Siren Test is a regular pop-up by the creative chefs of Ambiente. Every first Wednesday of the month, they offer guests a multi-course menu that will never be repeated.

The public can peek into UM's test kitchen and taste dishes inspired by current projects, recipe development, or inspirational journeys, accompanied by original cocktails crafted to match the concept.

The event takes place every first Wednesday of the month from 17:00. No reservations are accepted; the price for the multi-course menu is reasonable.
