What can three sisters do when water is leaking into their house? Where can they find money for repairs when the bank won't lend, work doesn't pay much, and miracles don't happen? There's only one solution - rent out a room. But what if the first guest isn't quite as ordinary as he seems at first glance?

A story full of humor, in which family comfort gradually transforms into an exciting ride and heads toward a rather promising ending.
