Hugo Toxxx - Art Album Release

On Saturday, October 10, the album ART will come to life. Hugo Toxxx will premiere the album at ARCHA+ and perform selected tracks alongside the biggest hits from his repertoire - from new songs to club favourites.

Hugo Toxxx is one of the most distinctive figures in Czech rap. Since his Supercrooo days, he has built his own world, language, and unmistakable sound - his music oscillates between hard dirty rap, hypnotic beats, humour, and unexpectedly personal moments. He has never been a rapper trying to fit expectations.

The new album ART is the next chapter of his work. 16 shades of game: 16 tracks, each with its own character, mood, and flow. Beyond hard-hitting club tracks, the record features softer, more personal passages, with themes returning to struggle, family, and fame. "I gave some tracks meaning beyond punchlines, but my people know the most interesting stuff is between the lines. That hasn't changed," Hugo Toxxx says about ART.

According to him, the album emerged from a need to give fans what they've wanted from him for a long time - the result is a diverse record that doesn't rely on one approach but on a broad spectrum of his signature style. "Tracks usually come to life in their true form only with the listener. They're literally two different worlds," Hugo Toxxx concludes.
