The Secret of the Jungle

Nine-year-old Elisabeth returns from boarding school for the holidays to the jungle, where her parents work. She looks forward to seeing them, though she thinks they could all be together in the city instead - the rainforest seems boring to her.

But it turns out not to be. Her parents have to leave in a hurry, and Elisabeth takes charge of her little brother Leo - except he runs away. What follows is a family adventure filled with real and mythical animals, during which Elisabeth searches for her way home and meets new friends.
