Aphantasia for Sale — Krizik Fountain, Prague

The exhibition Aphantasia for Sale presents the work of Jan Kadlec and his perspective on how our perception of images and the visual world is changing.

About the venue: Krizik Fountain

Křižík's Light Fountain at the Prague Exhibition Grounds in Holešovice is a technical monument designed by the inventor and electrical engineer František Křižík. It first lit up on 24 May 1891 for the Jubilee Land Exhibition, and after a major reconstruction it reopened in 1991. Today's fountain has a 1,500 m² pool, over 3,000 jets and 1,248 underwater lights, all controlled by computer. The surrounding amphitheatre seats more than 6,000 and hosts light-and-music shows, concerts and musicals.
