Guatemala - hidden treasure of the Maya. Through colonial streets to Mayan temples lost in the jungle, to a land where tourism has not yet left its heavy mark, and which has preserved the raw reality of Latin America.

Along the way we will see views of volcanoes, walk through colorful markets of the indigenous Maya, and show how Christianity blends with traditional pagan beliefs here. We will look at stone temples not only in Tikal, where the fate of the entire Mayan civilization was once decided, spend the night in the jungle among tarantulas, and discover sanctuaries known only to locals. We will meet shamans working with fire, smoke, and ancient rituals.

But Guatemala is not just exotic - it is also a country marked by civil war, poverty, and omnipresent tension, which we will experience in the streets of the capital during the year's most important celebration. We will also wander among the Garifuna on the Caribbean coast and travel across the entire country. And as always, there will be a few mishaps and punk moments along the way.
