My Homeland

A theatrical show of "My Homeland" will run in cinemas on 28 September 2025 only. The Czech musical masterpiece comes to life for the first time as a theatrical production full of movement, puppets and visual imagination - the Czech Philharmonic, DEKKADANCERS, Divadlo bratří Formanů and Jatka78 have joined forces to transform Bedřich Smetana's music into a stage image.

Six symphonic poems - Šárka, Tábor, Vyšehrad, Blaník, Vltava and From Bohemia's Fields and Forests - come alive on stage through classical music, contemporary dance and the poetry of new circus. The creative team of Matěj Forman, Janek Jirků, Marko Ivanović, Štěpán Pechar and Andrea Sodomková opens space for imagination and emotion, inviting children, parents and grandparents.

The production will be available on cinema screens through a recording from 28 September 2025, on Czech Statehood Day.
