Tattoo Fest Opava is a two-day Central European gathering of artists in tattooing, body art, street art, and fashion, with a programme for audiences of all ages. The stage will feature dance and acrobatic groups, swing and pop-rock music, and evening performances showcasing unconventional suspension and rope-binding techniques.

Painting is represented by an exhibition of artworks and live painting, with an auction benefiting the Opava Municipal Shelter. A food zone and graffiti painting are also on offer. Children can create and paint, and try temporary tattoos on their arms alongside adults.

Children under 12 accompanied by parents and people with disabilities have free entry.

About the venue: Church of St. Wenceslas

The Church of St. Wenceslas in Opava is a former Dominican church consecrated in 1336. After the monastery was dissolved during the Josephine reforms in 1786, it served as a military warehouse and later as a theatre props store. Today it is managed by the municipal cultural organisation OKO and, as a deconsecrated venue with a capacity of 400–600 people, hosts concerts, exhibitions, social events and civil wedding ceremonies.
