Ondina

A contemporary take on a classical tale, in which a mythical being becomes a woman - an emigrant who has lost her voice in a foreign land. Ondina is a play about love that could not withstand confrontation with reality, about a voice that went unheard, and about losing oneself in exile.

Ondina embodies various forms of "otherness" that in the real world become reasons for exclusion: a woman, a migrant, an artist, a foreigner - too sensitive, too visible.
