Architecture Day: Opava - Kateřinky II: New Kateřinky

A guided architectural walk through the Kateřinky district with heritage expert Dalibor Halátek, tracing the neighbourhood's transformation from fragments of original urban design and architecture to the panel housing estates of Kateřinky-West, which replaced the main street of old Kateřinky in the second half of the 20th century.

The route showcases contrasts between different building periods, remnants of the original development, and concludes by following the path of St. Florian through the district's streets.
