The Secret of the Jungle

Nine-year-old Elisabeth spends her summer holidays at a research station deep in the Amazon rainforest, where her father works as a cartographer. When her father falls from a ladder and her mother takes him to the hospital, Elisabeth must look after her little brother Leo - but he wanders off into the jungle. She has to find him and bring him home before her parents return.

So begins her journey through the unknown jungle, where she overcomes her own fear, finds her brother, and makes a new friend. Together they must outwit a trio of poachers hunting rare animal species in the rainforest.

Their path leads them to the mysterious Devil's Mountain, where members of a secret tribe and their new animal companion Fluffy - a creature belonging to a previously undiscovered species of jungle inhabitants - help them in their battle against the poachers.
