Roman Horký and Kamelot

The band Kamelot was founded in Brno in 1982 by Roman Horký and Radek "Bůček" Michal. Their early work established them in the folk and country genre, where they remain today.

Roman Horký, the band's singer and leader, is the author of all lyrics and music, and is now the sole surviving member of the original Kamelot. With a repertoire of over three hundred songs, he does not confine himself to a single style — each song receives the musical arrangement that, in his view, suits it best.
