Marital Turbulence
"The biggest turbulence you'll experience isn't in an airplane, but at home in the bedroom. Especially when you live with a cop."
Norbert is a rough-edged police officer being grilled by the general inspectorate for excessive force. His sister Christina tries to support him, but she's got her hands full with her own husband Erik - a famous journalist who lost his radio job three months ago and hasn't spoken since, despite psychiatric care. Norbert takes his brother-in-law to the police station, and Erik finally starts talking. But as the police investigation unfolds, Norbert himself sinks into deep apathy - and as if that weren't enough, his wife Sophie joins a cult.
Just when things seem like they might return to normal, a series of unexpected events unfolds and real turbulence sets in. Francis Veber, author of "The Dinner Game", shows in his latest comedy that the only way to survive life's dizzying whirlwind is through humour.
Czech premiere.
