Architecture Day: Opava - Searching for Art Nouveau in Labitzkého's Town

A guided walk through Opava's historic suburbs from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries with heritage expert Dalibor Halátek. The residential area still conceals numerous traces of early Art Nouveau, though many original facades and fine craft details are gradually disappearing.

The programme will highlight places where valuable elements have survived and reveal the understated aesthetic of a neighbourhood slowly losing its character.
