The legendary Czech rock band Pražský výběr takes the stage in Liberec on Saturday, 12 December 2026 at the Dům kultury on Soukenné Square. The group performs in its original lineup featuring Michael Kocáb, Michal Pavlíček, Vilém Čok, Klaudius Kryšpín and Jiří Hrubeš. This is one of three Czech dates on their tour. The Dům kultury Liberec is a multifunctional cultural centre in the heart of the city, housed in a building designed by architect Pavel Vaněček and completed in 1985. Tickets start at 890 CZK.

About the venue: House of Culture

Dům kultury Liberec is a multifunctional cultural centre on Soukenné Square in the heart of Liberec. The building dates from 1976–1985 and was designed by architect Pavel Vaněček; locals nickname it the "coffin". It features a main hall, foyers, a meeting room and a club, hosting concerts, balls, theatre performances, exhibitions, seminars and congresses. The complex also includes a restaurant with a summer terrace.

The cult Czech band whose new-wave sound the Communist regime banned in the early 1980s - inadvertently turning them into a legend. Michael Kocáb, Michal Pavlíček and the rest play a set spanning from the Straka v hrsti era to more recent material.
