Tady Vary 1 | A Lover, Not a Fighter

The Czech romantic comedy "A Lover, Not a Fighter" became a sensation at this year's Karlovy Vary Film Festival. Andrej has a simple plan: spend time with his grandmother and avoid climbing trees while drunk. Then he meets Míša. The film relies on genuine characters, human warmth, and witty dialogue, starring Adam Kubala.

This premiere is part of the Tady Vary 2026/27 project - a film season with a subscription to 10 festival evenings between September 2026 and June 2027. Once a month you will walk the red carpet into the cinema and watch the film simultaneously with audiences in cinemas across the Czech Republic. Each evening will be introduced by a broadcast to all cinemas.
