Spirits of the Landscape - Mask Making

Who lives in the fields, in the waste behind barns, in the spruce forest or in the river? Besides animals and organisms, there are invisible entities there - small and large spirits of place, protectors or demons that our ancestors once believed in.

At the workshop, each participant will create their own "spirit" or guardian of place - either as a small sculpture or as a mask. Inspiration will come from landscape photos, autumn, and places we may have seen in summer. You will work with cardboard, paper scraps, and TOTEMO connectors.

The workshop is paid, and participants can take their creation home along with the connectors. Those who don't want to take it home don't pay for the workshop.
