WinterSeason and Lajky

WinterSeason formed in 2022 as a one-off project, but friends convinced them to continue. The band features members of the Winter family and plays folk-rock with Czech lyrics by Josef Kovář and Marek Schejbal, drawing inspiration from everyday situations in the modern world. https://www.winterseason.cz/

Lajky is a six-piece band from Třešť with roots going back to 1996. Some members now live in Prague and play sporadically, but with great enthusiasm. Their debut album DE Plyche came out in 2005, and by 2026 the band expects to have five albums and EPs in total. They describe themselves as: "Take a bit of Zrní, Květy, OTK, Budoár staré dámy, add accordion and trumpet, shake, don't stir, toast, dance, listen... never give up." https://lajky.eu
