Ferda the Ant

A fairy-tale musical for children and adults based on Ondřej Sekora's beloved books.

A clever ant with a polka-dot scarf harnesses the grumpy Mr. Snail to his carriage, tames a wild green pony, throws a feast for a huge family of tiny beetles, falls hopelessly in love, and barely escapes an unfair beating. Alongside him appear the scatterbrained Pytlík, the cunning beauty Beruška, and other characters from a story known to every Czech child.
