In the Heart of the Wilderness

A thriller by David Ayer about a man and his dog who find themselves in the middle of Alaskan wilderness and must survive their way out.

James Belmont, a retired military expert, sets out with his dog Odin - also a war veteran - on a trip into the Alaskan wilderness. The expedition becomes complicated when James, due to health problems, loses control of a small aircraft and crashes. Both survive, but the plane crash leaves them badly injured, and the only way out leads through the wilderness, where danger lurks at every turn.
