Orchestr Swing Melody: Osvobozené divadlo v písních V+W+J

Concert celebrating the 120th anniversary of Jaroslav Ježek's birth.

This year marks the 120th anniversary of the birth of Jaroslav Ježek - the same milestone that belonged to Jiří Voskovci and Jan Werich last year. For this occasion, Orchestr Swing Melody has prepared an entirely new programme dedicated to the songs of the legendary trio V+W+J.

The concert will feature compositions such as "Nebe na zemi", "Stonožka", "Svítá", "Život je jen náhoda", "Ezop a brabenec", "Vy nevíte, co je středověk?", "Pra-pra-prabába", "Vousatý svět" and more - some well-known, others nearly forgotten. The programme traces the cultural legacy of the Osvobozené divadlo and the era of the First Republic.
