Leto s Monikou + Kluk + Martin Šimek

Monika Omerzu Midriaková first gained prominence as a musician in the Monikino Kino project, which she founded with Petr Marek from the band Midi Lidi. Their debut album "Prázdniny" was released in 2014 on the Slnko Records label. She later turned to film and theatrical music - her soundtrack for the film "Všechno bude" earned a Czech Lion nomination. In 2018, she launched her solo project Leto s Monikou; the eponymous debut won the Debut of the Year award in the Slovak Rádia_FM competition (Radio_Head Awards).

At this concert, Leto s Monikou will present their new album "Cítiť to všetko naraz". Joy, sadness, irony and hope blend together at once, often within the same sentence - Monika Omerzu Midriaková's music weaves delicate songwriting moments with darker textures, revealing what remains when we allow ourselves to lower our guard.

The evening will also feature performances by Kluk and Martin Šimek.
