A festival concert at the Church of U Salvátora will close the 21st edition of the Sborové slavnosti - Czech Choir Festival from Hradec Králové. The stage will bring together the Cantemus Mixed Choir from Nyíregyháza, Hungary - this year's special guest - and the Prague choir Cancioneta Praga.

The festival itself runs from September 16-20, 2026 in Hradec Králové and features concerts by Czech and international choirs - children's, youth, and mixed ensembles - along with an educational programme and workshops for singers and the festival team.

This year's guests also include Permoník Choir Karviná, Vokalion Praha, and organist and composer Katta.

About the venue: Church U Salvátora

The Church of the Most Holy Saviour stands at Křižovnické náměstí, right next to Charles Bridge, and is one of the most prominent early Baroque churches in Prague. It is administered by the Jesuits and hosts regular masses as well as occasional sacred concerts. The facade is lined with statues of saints, and the interior features rich stucco decoration.

About: Katta

Katta (Kateřina Chrobokova) is a Czech organist, singer, and composer who started out as a classical performer and harpsichordist. Her artistic voice fully emerged with her own albums - Organ Works (2016) and Vox Organi (2023, Emika Records) - blending sacred music, ambient and experimental sounds. She has played at festivals including Prague Spring and Schleswig-Holstein, and performed in major European cathedrals. Her Sonic Meditation project brings together the organ and the meditative atmosphere of sacred spaces.
