The programme covers the formation of islands from underwater volcanoes, King Kamehameha, the history of settlement, navigator James Cook, surfers, flower garlands, Waikiki Beach, the leper village, and the volcanoes Haleakala, Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. That's Hawaii!
