The Secret of the Jungle

Nine-year-old Elisabeth spends her summer holidays at a research station deep in the Amazon rainforest, where her father works as a cartographer. When her father is injured and her mother takes him to the hospital, Elisabeth must look after her little brother Leo - but he wanders off into the jungle. She has to find him before her parents return.

So begins her journey through the unknown rainforest, where she overcomes her own fears and makes a new friend - Furry, a previously undiscovered species of jungle creature. Together with Leo, they face a trio of poachers hunting rare animals in the forest.

Their journey takes them to the mysterious Devil's Mountain, where members of a secret tribe help them in their battle against the poachers.
