Zlatomír Vacek was a Czech actor working in theatre and film. He is best known for playing the provincial doctor Raguín in the film Archa bláznů (1990), based on Chekhov's Ward No. 6, a production that was shot before the Czechoslovak normalization era but could only be completed after twenty years.
