Zbigniew Kalina is a Czech theatre and film actor born in Karviná into a family of Polish nationality. He trained at the Milena Asmanová Acting Studio in Ostrava with a focus on musical theatre and worked at several Czech theatres. He won the Thália Award for young actor in 2008 and the Czech Theatre Award for best male performance in 2010. Since 2012 he has been a member of the Prague City Theatres ensemble.
