Wyatt Hawn Russell (born July 10, 1986, in Los Angeles) is an American actor and former professional ice hockey goaltender, the son of actors Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell. He played in European hockey leagues before injuries ended his sports career and he turned to acting. In the MCU he portrays John Walker / U.S. Agent - introduced in the Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (2021), reprised in Thunderbolts* (2025), and set to appear in Avengers: Doomsday (2026). He also stars alongside Emily Blunt in Steven Spielberg's sci-fi thriller Disclosure Day (2026).
Russell plays one of the leading roles in Steven Spielberg's science fiction thriller Disclosure Day, which had its world premiere on June 2, 2026 in Paris and entered American cinemas on June 12, 2026.
At a June press event for Disclosure Day, Russell commented on the filming of Avengers: Doomsday and said that the things he saw from the film 'look good'.
Russell confirmed in an interview with Hollywood Reporter that his John Walker in Avengers: Doomsday will be 'a completely different version' of the character than in Thunderbolts*.
The film Thunderbolts* (2025), in which Russell played U.S. Agent, earned over 382 million dollars worldwide and received positive critical reviews.
Thunderbolts* had its world premiere on April 22, 2025 at London's Cineworld Leicester Square and entered American cinemas on May 2, 2025 as the final film of the fifth phase of the MCU.
