About
WU LYF (World Unite Lucifer Youth Foundation) are a Manchester indie rock four-piece who formed in 2008 and quickly built a cult following by refusing press interviews, hiding their identities, and distributing music through their own platform. Their debut Go Tell Fire to the Mountain (2011), recorded in an abandoned Manchester church, earned widespread critical acclaim before the band split abruptly in 2012. They reformed in 2025 and released their long-awaited second album A Wave That Will Never Break in April 2026.
