Wild Strawberries (1957) is Ingmar Bergman's film about aging professor Isak Borg, who drives to Lund to receive an honorary doctorate. Along the way, dreams and memories force him to reckon with a life spent in emotional isolation. Victor Sjöström plays Borg in a deeply personal performance. The film won the Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival.
