Vundabar is a Boston-based indie rock band formed around 2012, built around singer-guitarist Brandon Hagen and drummer Drew Thompson. Their sound is raw and stripped-back, with lyrics that shift between dry humor and genuine melancholy. The 2019 album Smell Smoke is among their most praised releases.
