Vladimír Turner is a Czech visual artist, documentary filmmaker and director who has been working with public-space interventions for nearly two decades. His feature debut Veřejně prospěšné práce / Urban Disobedience Toolkit (2025) blends visual art, documentary film and social activism. The film premiered at the Jeden svět human rights film festival before entering Czech cinemas.
