Vio-Lence is a thrash metal band from the San Francisco Bay Area, formed in the mid-1980s. Their 1988 debut Eternal Nightmare, fronted by the frantic Sean Killian, became a touchstone of raw Bay Area thrash. After splitting in the 1990s the band has reunited several times, keeping their abrasive sound intact.
