Veronika Arichteva (born Nová, 20 May 1986 in Prague) is a Czech actress and presenter, daughter of film producer Pavel Nový. She trained at the Prague State Conservatory and became widely known as Sylva Petrová in the long-running TV series Ordinace v růžové zahradě (2005-2010). Her other notable roles include the period drama První republika and the romantic comedy series O mě se neboj, in which she played the lead. She also performs regularly in theatre productions across the country.
Veronika Arichteva made her debut on June 24, 2025 in the comedy Small Smart Lies on the summer stage of Divadlo Kalich; from September the play moves to the theater's permanent repertoire.
In April 2025, Veronika Arichteva appeared as a guest on Jana Krause's show.
The actress announced a planned return to more intensive acting work - from April filming a new series and rehearsing a new theatrical play.
