Věra (1928–2012) and Vladimír (1920–1994) Machonin were Czech architects and one of the most prominent duos of late functionalism and brutalism in Czechoslovakia. They are best known for designing the Kotva department store in Prague (1975), which became an iconic building of its era. Their work is held in the architecture collection of the National Gallery Prague.
