Tony Afročech

About

Tony Afročech, born Anthony Bire, is a Czech stand-up comedian and musician who has lived in the Czech Republic since the age of ten months, having been born in the Congo. He performs as part of the Street Comedy collective alongside Big Daddy Mikky and Jakub Glos, and also plays guitar in the Prague-based death metal band Silent Generation. His stand-up draws on his experience growing up Black in the Czech Republic, including forays into more provocative territory.
