Tom Holland (born 1 June 1996) is an English actor best known for playing Peter Parker / Spider-Man across seven Marvel Cinematic Universe films. He started out as a child performer in Billy Elliot the Musical on London's West End, then made his film debut in the disaster drama The Impossible (2012). His lead-actor films have grossed over $9.9 billion worldwide, placing him among the highest-earning actors in cinema history. He holds a BAFTA Award and three Saturn Awards.
