About

Raiders Tirol are an American football club from Innsbruck, Austria, founded in 1992 and among the most decorated teams in European football. They have won the Eurobowl three times (2008, 2009, 2011), the CEFL three times (2017-2019), and the Austrian championship eight times. After four seasons in the European League of Football (2022-2025), they joined the newly formed European Football Alliance (EFA) in 2026.

  • 2026-05

    Raiders Tirol began their inaugural season in the European Football Alliance (EFA) 2026 under the leadership of new head coach Shaun Fatah and quarterback Steven Krajewski.

  • 2025-12

    In December 2025, the EFA confirmed Raiders Tirol as a full member of the alliance for the 2026 season, including a stake in league ownership and a seat on the Board of Governors.

  • 2025-09

    The 2025 ELF season ended for Raiders Tirol with a record of 6-6 and without advancing to the playoffs; the team had the third-best rushing attack in the league (2,337 yards) and the second-best red zone efficiency (79.07 %).

  • 2025-10

    Raiders Tirol joined the European Football Alliance initiative in October 2025, a group of franchises dissatisfied with ELF management, while the club remained bound by contract with the ELF for the 2026 season.

  • 2024-08

    In the 2024 ELF season, Raiders Tirol achieved a record of 8-4 but did not advance to the playoffs.
