Timon Šturbej is a Slovenian actor born in 1994 in Maribor. He trained at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television in Ljubljana and is a member of the SNG Drama Ljubljana ensemble. His breakthrough came with the role of Željko in Consequences (2018), which earned him the Best Supporting Actor award at the Festival of Slovenian Film. In 2022, European Film Promotion selected him as one of ten rising European talents for the Shooting Stars showcase at the Berlinale.
