Tim "Ripper" Owens is an American heavy metal vocalist best known for fronting Judas Priest from 1996 to 2003, replacing Rob Halford. He recorded the albums Jugulator and Demolition with the band. After leaving Judas Priest, he went on to sing for Iced Earth and Dio Disciples, among others.
