Tim "Ripper" Owens is an American heavy metal vocalist who replaced Rob Halford in Judas Priest from 1996 to 2003, recording the albums Jugulator (1997) and Demolition (2001). After leaving the band he sang for Iced Earth and Beyond Fear, and has continued as a solo artist performing Judas Priest material.
