Hiroo Ōtsuka (26 July 1934, Nagoya - 8 February 2021), known by his stage name Shūichirō Moriyama (森山 周一郎), was a Japanese actor, voice actor, and narrator whose career spanned more than six decades. His deep, gravelly bass made him the go-to Japanese dubbing voice for Telly Savalas (Kojak), Jean Gabin, Spencer Tracy, and Lino Ventura. He is best known internationally as the voice of Porco Rosso in Studio Ghibli's 1992 film of the same name - a role offered to him personally by director Hayao Miyazaki.
