About

Sněť are a Prague-based death metal band formed in 2018, playing raw, rotting old-school death metal in the vein of Autopsy, Carcass and Undergang - with all lyrics in Czech. Their 2021 debut Mokvání v okovech on Blood Harvest Records brought them international attention, leading to releases on Me Saco Un Ojo and Dark Descent Records. In 2022 they won the Czech Anděl Award in the Rock category but refused to accept the trophy in protest against the involvement of the collecting society OSA.
