Secret Agent (original title: Agent Secreto, 2025) is a Brazilian political thriller directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho. Set in 1977 during the military dictatorship, it follows technology expert Marcelo (Wagner Moura) as he tries to protect himself and his son from hired killers in coastal Recife. The film won Best Actor at Cannes, a Golden Globe, and received four Oscar nominations including Best Picture.
