Saïd Taghmaoui (born 19 July 1973 in Villepinte, France) is a French actor of Moroccan descent who broke through with his role as Saïd in Mathieu Kassovitz's acclaimed social thriller La Haine (1995) - a film that won Best Director at Cannes and earned Taghmaoui a César nomination for Most Promising Actor. He has since built a steady Hollywood career, appearing in Three Kings (1999), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009), Wonder Woman (2017) and John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019).
