Robert Loggia (1930-2015) was an American actor of Italian descent, often cast as tough, commanding figures. In David Lynch's Lost Highway (1997) he played the menacing Dick Laurent. His career earned him an Oscar nomination for best supporting actor for Jagged Edge (1985).
