Reza Memari is a German animation director and screenwriter. He is best known for the animated feature The Last Whale Singer (2026), a Czech-German-Canadian co-production he co-directed with Pavel Hruboš and Steve Majaury. The idea had been with him for fifteen years, sparked by a documentary about humpback whale song.
