About

Psychonaut is a psychedelic post-metal trio from Mechelen, Belgium, active since 2013 and signed to Pelagic Records. Their sound draws on the heaviness of Tool and Amenra alongside the atmospheric reach of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, delivered through a three-piece setup that punches well above its weight live. Their third album, World Maker (2025), marked a personal turn - written as guitarist Stefan De Graef became a father while both he and bassist Thomas Michiels faced their fathers' cancer diagnoses.
